Restrict the curve in the wings

A slightly better possibility than reducing the wing surface area as it is the curve and angle of attack that determine downforce. This will have very little effect on turbulence, but if the wing shapes are flattened it would reduce downforce and a car built for less downforce will not be as vulnerable to turbulence.
