1.Kimi Raikkonen - McLarenKimi Raikkonen wins a thrilling race ahead of Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello.
4 cars crash out on the first lap. Alonso retired with an oil leak. Pizzonia retired from 3rd with a gearbox failure while Montoya and Button both retired with tyre failures. The safety car was deployed a number of times!
11 cars were classified as finishers although Zonta suffered an engine failure 3 laps from the end.
Ferrari, McLaren, Toyota and Sauber managed to finish both their cars.
Williams and BAR failed to finish either of their cars.

1.Michael Schumacher - FerrariMichael Schumacher wins his 10th race of the season. Rubens Barrichello finishes second but doesn't come close to threatening Michael. Juan Pablo Montoya finishes a distant 3rd ahead of David Coulthard while Ralf Schumacher in 5th was almost a minute behind.
Eddie Irvine scores a point for Jaguar.
12 cars were classified as finishers although Panis suffered an engine failure 5 laps from the end.
Ferrari, Williams and Toyota managed to finish both their cars.
Minardi and Renault failed to finish either of their cars.
