The 2005 race

1. Kimi Raikkonen - McLarenKimi Raikkonen wins the race ahead of Michael Schumacher and Ralf Schumacher. With Alonso not finishing in the points, Kimi Raikkonen reduced the gap to Alonso in the Championship by 10 points.
Juan Pablo Montoya who was leading the race retired with a driveshaft failure.
Fernando Alonso was forced to replace the front wing after a coming together with Ralf Schumacher. That ended his chances of a good result and finished 11th.
Jarno Trulli finished 4th ahead of Jenson Button, the 2 Williams' and Takuma Sato.
The 2 Red Bull cars were out of the race on the first lap as a result of unfortunate accidents.
14 cars were classified.
Ferrari, Toyota, BAR, Williams, Renault and Jordan managed to finish both their cars.
Minardi and Red Bull failed to finish either car.

The 2004 race

1.Michael Schumacher - FerrariA Ferrari 1-2 finish clinching the Constructors' Title.
Michael and Rubens started from the first row on the grid and finished that way.
Fernando Alonso finished 3rd after starting from 5th but gained two places at the start.
Montoya finished 4th following a good start while Button was 5th and Sato 6th after boor having poor starts.
Pizzonia and Fisichella made the top 8. Raikkonen retired with an electrical fault.
Trulli retires with an engine failure. 
15 cars were classified.
Ferrari, Williams, BAR, Jaguar and Minardi managed to finish both their cars.
