1.	Michael Schumacher - Ferrari		Michael Schumacher wins the race after starting from Pole. At the start he was overtaken by Mika Hakkinen but regained the lead after the second pit stop. Michael Schumacher secured his 3rd World Title. Mika Hakkinen finished second after losing the lead following his second pit stop. David Coulthard finished 3rd over a minute behind. 15 cars crossed the finish line. Ferrari, McLaren, BAR, Jaguar and Sauber managed to finish both their cars. Prost failed to finish either of their cars.
